Some important information
- The apartment is let weekly from Saturday-Saturday or by dates agreed and confirmed in writing by ourselves.
- Short breaks available out of season and subject to availability.
- A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is to be paid with the booking, (provisional bookings will be held for 5 days) the balance to be paid 28 days before arrival.
- Linen, electricity and central heating are all included in the price. Fuel for the multi-fuel stove is not included but can be purchased locally.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
- Occupation is from 3.30pm and departure by 10am.
- Any damage or breakages must be reported to us and a charge may be levied.
- We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage or vehicles belonging to the occupants or anyone visiting the occupants.
